Grant Administration
Title I is a federally funded program that provides children supplemental support to acquire the knowledge and skills to meet the State proficiency standards.

Title II Part A provides federal funding, on a formula basis, to help the districts prepare, train, and recruit highly qualified teachers and principals.
Rural Education Achievement Program (REAP)/Small Rural School Achievement Program (SRSA) provides federal funds to the districts, on a formula basis, to continue to carry out activities authorized under Title I Part A, Title IID, and Title V. This funding is designed to help rural districts that lack the personnel and resources to compete effectively for federal competitive grants and that often receive grant allocations in amounts that are too small to be effective in meeting their intended purposes.
